At Lace Mystic, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to notify us in writing that you wish to return your order.
To validly exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within this 14-day period. After notifying us, the item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days from the date your return request is approved.
Returns requested or shipped outside these deadlines are considered invalid and will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
- Be unused and unworn;
- Be in their original condition;
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item following our return procedure and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Upon verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement item; or
- A full refund.
No additional charges will apply in these situations.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure product quality and fairness for all customers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer;
- Promotional, clearance, or discounted items (unless received incorrectly or defective);
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team;
- Returns requested or shipped outside the permitted return period.
Unauthorized Returns
Packages sent without prior authorization, outside the legal return period, or without complying with our return instructions will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
Customs, Duties & International Return Shipments
As our return facility is located internationally, customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all customs regulations applicable to their return shipment.
Lace Mystic does not handle, manage, pay, reimburse, or assist with:
- Customs clearance procedures;
- Import duties;
- Customs taxes;
- VAT, GST, or similar taxes;
- Brokerage fees;
- Storage fees;
- Customs-related documentation;
- Any charges imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.
Any customs duties, taxes, fees, or expenses incurred during the return process are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Returns that are delayed, refused, held, abandoned, destroyed, or returned due to customs issues, unpaid fees, incomplete documentation, or failure to complete customs clearance procedures will not be eligible for a refund.
We are unable to intervene with customs authorities on behalf of customers and assume no responsibility for customs-related delays, costs, or complications.
